Great news! Wild Life is a very underrated album. Recorded purposely for spontaneity, it could have been a disaster. Much maligned at the time (McCartney being slammed in the press for the Beatles break-up and lawsuits against his former mates) it wasn't given a chance in the music press. Hope they include in the extra cuts the live version of "Wildlife" from European tour which is soulful/deep, especially now given the his commitment to animal rights. Dear Friend (aka ode to John Lennon), Tomorrow, Wild Life, Mumbo (great stomper) and even George H. admitted later Bip Bop wasn't so bod. Please include those early WINGS films and tour footages!!!!
Red Rose Speedway has some good tuneful moments too…Big Barn Red, My Love, Get on the Right Thing, Single Pigeon (a great bootleg circulates with just piano and bass and its excellent). Again, hope they include the films and JPM TV Special from those days. A live singing video overdub is out there and its great!

Oh boy, maybe the unedited, 30 minute version of Bip Bop will be released! 😉

I don't reckon that it was actually called "Henry's Blue" – it sounds like a bootlegger's spelling mistake. For one thing, "Henry's Blues" is a much more probable title. And second, I can't remember what I was going to say second.

Hope this isn't bad news for a White Album deluxe edition!
