The poster looks fine to me. 100% better than Eight Days A Week anyway

I don’t know why people moan about the poster. It’s just a poster…
We’re not gonna be staring at it for 2 hours in a movie theatre…

Since it would be coming from Russia I won’t be buying it.

Listen to “Back in the USSR” which is the 1st track of the While Album and you may change your mind!

I can sort of understand the fuss about the poster and why fans see it as a drop in standards. In the 90s Aspinall era, it’s hard to imagine a poster this bad promoting a Beatles release. This doesn’t have the style of the BBC and Anthology promotions, or even the 1993 Red and Blue CD reissues and the Richard Avedon inspired ‘1’ promotion. Neil always ran Apple with class and no crap was ever put out. I couldn’t ever see Neil Aspinall approving of such a basic and garish poster to promote a major Beatles project.

You are right on Aspinall era promo poster. However, good old Neil used to put out a Beatles product every ten or fifteen years, or so. He even didn’t want to release the Beatles remasters on CD so.. it’s better now, I tell you.

I find it captures Ron Campbell’s style from Yellow Submarine.

Why couldn’t Klaus Voorman design the poster?

Fake news. It’s a preorder. They aren’t going to release the DVD and the Let it Be box at the same time. I’m sure they will air the the 3 part broadcast before they release the DVD.
