Instant rarity from Ringo Starr

There will be a 7″ single on red vinyl as a limited edition from Ringo Starr. The two songs are taken from Ringo’s upcoming EP, “Crooked Boy”.

The single will only be for sale at the record store Amoeba in Hollywood on April 18, over the counter only and one copy per customer. The two tracks on the single are “February Sky” and “Gonna Need Someone”. The same day, Ringo’s entire “Crooked Boy” EP will debut on Amoeba Records, as a listening party.

The A-side will debut on streaming services and YouTube this week, Friday April 12, and the 12″ marble coloured vinyl EP will go on sale on Record Store Day on April 20. The regular black vinyl edition as well as the CD edition will not be released until 31 May, but the EP will be available to stream and download April 26th.

Written and produced by Linda Perry, “Crooked Boy” features four brand-new tracks from Ringo Starr: “February Sky”, “Adeline”, “Gonna Need Someone” and the title track, “Crooked Boy”.

The black 12″ and CD-EP will be released on May 31.
