159 tracks on new Plastic Ono Band set
According to a sparse new posting on the official website PlasticOnoBand.com, a new audio set containing 159 tracks will be announced publicly in January. So it looks like all the 50th anniversaries will be pushed back to 2021, except for the half speed mastered «McCartney» and the «My Sweet Lord» single.
Meanwhile, the Plastic Ono Band book has hit the shops, so you can put that on your Christmas wish list.
I wonder if this set will include the tracks from both the Lennon and Yoko POB LP’s? Seems like the only way to get to 159 tracks from the era…
You know what they say: Better late than never. Also, still looking forward to Peter Jackson’s “The Beatles: Get Back” documentary even though it’s a long way to August 2021. Here’s hoping 2021 will be the year we “get back” to normal!

I’m thinking that since it says 159 mixes…It’s most likely going to be like the Imagine set with multiple mixes of each song for both John and Yoko’s POB albums. Either way I’ll buy it.
