Identifying Revolver cover photographers

I have had a message from Ken Orth, who are working together with Piet Schreuders to identify the photographers who took the photos used by Klaus Voormann for the “Revolver” cover. Amazingly, they have managed to identify the names of the photographers for all but two of the photos – one of Ringo and one of John. The images in question are these:

Can you help them to find out who took these photos? Bonus points if you can tell them the source where each photo was published (other than on the “Revolver” cover, of course), when and where each was taken, and the purpose of each. I'm fairly sure that the Ringo shot was taken by Dezo Hoffman in 1963, when they did the "beach shots" where they wore various old fashioned bathing costumes.
Hope so, anyway!
I don't think it's the beach photo shoot. Ringo has his hair cut short behind his ears – this photo is later when he had longer hair.

Very similar pose, but the hair looks wilder in the Revolver cut out.
when klaus was at beatlefest in chicago i was in line waiting to get his autograph and so were many other people,but they all had pictures that he recently drew of the beatles in their hamburg days,copies that he was selling.i on the other hand had my revolver cover for him to sign.and when people saw me give that to klaus i could hear a noise go over all the people like they just witnessed someone discovering the wheel for the first time.like why didn't i think of that sort of moment.i had met klaus that same day hours earlier before beatlefest started.in the hotel lobby.me and him talked at a table along with mike gibbons from badfinger.
